Singh has reportedly admitted that he had been smitten by the lensman turned shaper since the day she came craving for AN housing.
"The defendant has confessed to the crime. He has told the investigation Officer that for 2 days he took refuge on the terrace of the building wherever Monika lived before forcibly coming into her flat on October five evening," senior policeman Vimal Gupta told reporters.
"The defendant was attracted towards Monika since the day she inquired regarding availableness of a flat within the advanced and later followed her movements once she started residing there. when his duty as a watcher, he would wash cars of the residents, as well as that of Monika," aforesaid the officer.
