First method:


1.Mobile phone should be on.


2.Go to Settings -> Backup & reset -> Factory Data Reset -> Reset Phone.


3.Select option  "Erase everything", and confirm that option.


4.Wait little time and Done.


Second method:



1.Mobile Phone should be Off mode.


2. hold and press Power button + Volume Up for about few seconds, or until you see menu of your screen.


3.follow the instructions on your screen.




Third method:


1.Power off your cell phone must be your phone is off mode.


2.hold and press 3 buttons: Power button + Home button + Menu button.


3.Now if you feel, that your phone vibrates, then release only Power button.


4.After that follow the instructions.






Fourth method:

1.Turn off your phone.


2.Press and hold three buttons: Power + Back + Menu.


3.Realese Power key when your device vibrates and still hold the other two keys.


4.You can realase held keys when you see new menu on your screen.


5.Enter emergency dialer and tap this code: *#*#7378423#*#*


6.Then tap customized settings and select reset customization.


7.Now your phone will reset and restarts.
